The role emphasizes client-focused solutions and professional presentation in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position offers Training Pay of $20 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission) and an average annual earning potential of $60,000–$90,000+ (base, bonus, and commission).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years in sales or interior design, with a residential emphasis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CAD programs; strong financial understanding and customer-service orientation.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Sales Associates and clients to understand style, lifestyle, and vision for the home.
• Design inspiring spaces using premium furniture, fabrics, and decor.
• Provide professional design consultations, including layout planning and product recommendations.
