Job summary

NorthCare/VarietyCare seeks an Intensive Safety Services (ISS) therapist to deliver in-home therapeutic services to at-risk families in Oklahoma. The role involves intensive clinical work with a caseload of 3–4 families, 3–5 sessions per week, and collaboration with CHBS and partners to ensure safety, permanence, and well-being for children.

Supervised by the Program Manager, this full-time position requires travel, credentialing, crisis management, and strong trauma-informed practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or related human services field.
• Licensure in Oklahoma as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LBP, LADC-MH or under supervision toward licensure.
• Passion for vulnerable populations with trauma-informed, strength-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Manages a caseload of three to four family systems with in-person visits at least three times per week.
• Implements evidence-based interventions in individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Provides on-call and after hours support to stabilize families.
• Connects families with community resources and assists with accessing services.
