Job summary

Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, part of Evernorth Health Services, is seeking a Home Infusion Registered Nurse to provide life-changing care in patients’ homes in Worcester, MA. You will deliver IV infusions and build strong relationships to improve health outcomes.

You’ll work with pharmacists and care teams, document progress, and coordinate updates while exercising clinical judgment and autonomy to reach optimal results for patients with complex therapies.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare.
• Proficiency in IV insertion and infusion techniques.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a large geographic region.
• Some evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe administration of specialty medications (incl. IV) in patients' homes.
• Partner with pharmacists and care teams for holistic care.
• Document assessments, treatments, and progress in patient records.
• Serve as primary contact for patient updates and coordination.
• Demonstrate autonomy in clinical decisions to achieve outcomes.
