Job summary

Assistedcare at Home in Wilmington, NC is seeking in-home Direct Support Caregivers to assist IDD clients with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts. You will work in clients' homes and communities under supervision, delivering compassionate care and enabling independence.

We offer $15/hour paid weekly, a $300 sign-on bonus, flexible hours, 24/7 on-call support, free CPR and First Aid certification, TB testing, referral bonuses, and strong employee appreciation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current Driver's license and auto insurance with your name on the policy.
• Background checks required.
• 6 months+ experience working with IDD population.

Assistedcare at Home has many openings working with our Intellectually or Developmentally Disabled (IDD) clients in the Wilmington, NC and surrounding areas. Morning, afternoon, and evening shifts available!! Both male and female clients. Make your own schedule! Direct Support Caregivers provide supportive services while in the home and/or in the community under the supervision of our IDD Clinical Supervisor.
