Centria Healthcare is seeking an in-home BCBA to lead ABA therapy delivery with direct daily engagement to clients and families. You will work within a clinical team, supported by robust operational systems to focus on compassionate, client-centered care and meaningful progress.

You will have strong clinical leadership opportunities, CEU support, and comprehensive benefits, with a base salary of $90,000–$100,000 plus weekly/monthly bonuses averaging around $1,000 per month.

Qualifications

Compensation & Incentives – Earn a base salary of $90,000–$100,000, plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1,000/month).
