Yes! Air Conditioning Heating Plumbing Electric (ARS) seeks a motivated residential in-home sales consultant to join its service team. You will meet homeowners, assess comfort needs, and present tailored HVAC, plumbing or electrical solutions.

All leads are company-generated with uncapped commissions, weekly settlements, and a take-home vehicle, gas card, phone, and laptop. This role includes comprehensive benefits and ongoing leadership development.

Qualifications

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• One-call-close experience preferred.
• HVAC knowledge preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Ability to access attics/crawlspaces and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
