Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring in the Greater Myrtle Beach area for residential in-home sales professionals. You will meet homeowners, assess comfort needs, and present tailored HVAC system solutions, supported by company-installed leads and a fast turnaround with industry-leading warranties.

This commission-only role offers uncapped earning potential ($100k – $200k+ per year based on performance). Training pay provided, weekly settlements, and a take-home vehicle with a gas card, plus benefits

Qualifications

• Prior residential in-home sales experience.
• One-call-close experience strongly preferred.
• HVAC knowledge required in some locations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to access attics/crawl spaces and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential homeowners to assess comfort needs and present tailored HVAC solutions.
• Represent ARS in a consultative sales role with install support and fast turnaround.
• All leads are company-generated and pre-set.
