Job summary

Aire Serv is seeking an HVAC Home Comfort Designer to design residential (and light commercial) systems, perform heat gain/loss calculations, and select equipment that meets customers’ heating and cooling needs. We provide training and the tools to succeed, including a branded vehicle, iPad, and opportunities for SPIFFS, commissions, and bonuses based on performance.

This is a hunter role with cold calling, a flexible work-from-home option, and a strong emphasis on world-class customer service

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and office team.

• Being professional on phone and in person.

Responsibilities

• Deliver World-Class Customer Service – wow customers with your presentation of design options and perform heat gain/loss calculations and utility cost projections.
• Lead Generation and Conversion – respond to inbound leads, follow up, attend networking events and build quality relationships for sales results.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – ask questions, listen to customer needs, provide equipment options, financing, warranties and build long-term relationships.
