Job summary

Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to complete in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Waynesboro, VA. This role offers flexibility and a schedule designed around personal preferences, with opportunities for supplemental income and community connection.

Responsibilities include traveling to patients' homes, performing comprehensive physical assessments, and documenting findings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or commensurate experience and NP/PA licensure.
• Active state license for NP/PA required.
• Active national board certification.
• Current BLS certification is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from patients' homes for HRAs.
• Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
• Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative healthcare.

Education
