Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP/PA license.
• Active State NP/PA license.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from patients’ homes.
• Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
• Review medical history and ensure accurate documentation.
