Heartstrings Pet Hospice is seeking veterinarians to provide in-home hospice and euthanasia services across Little Rock, College Station, and McAlmont in Arkansas. You will work in a private, doctor-led practice with no non-compete contracts, offering a compassionate, family-centered approach.

Flexibility and independence in a mobile setting are emphasized. The role suits veterinarians seeking meaningful conversations and the ability to balance patient care with family needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a DVM/VMD/BVMS or equivalent veterinary degree.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in a mobile/home-visit setting.
• Weekend availability on a rotational basis.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home hospice and euthanasia veterinary services.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with client families.
• Coordinate care with the Heartstrings Pet Hospice team.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
