Qualifications

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs.
• Implement and document the plan of care.
• Educate patient and family regarding disease process and care.
• Monitor assigned cases for compliance with third-party payors.
