Bethany of the Northwest is recruiting a dedicated RN to support our Home Care Hospice clients in Everett. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient‑centered care delivered in patients' homes with a day shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Bachelor's School of Nursing.
• Current Washington state RN license and CPR certification.
• Hospice experience preferred and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and communicate effectively with families.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of hospice patients at home.
• Monitor patient conditions, vitals, and medication adherence.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to adjust plans.
• Provide clear communication to patients, families, and team members.
