Job summary

Bethany of the Northwest in Everett, WA is seeking a passionate RN for the Night Shift (10pm–6am) on a 3 days on, 3 days off rotation. The role involves assessing and caring for long-term care and skilled nursing patients, administering medications, and communicating with families and the care team.

Qualified candidates will hold a state RN license, CPR certification, and demonstrate compassionate, adaptable care with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state
• CPR certification required
• Flexibility with schedule (nights/weekends) preferred
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing a plus

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of long-term care and skilled nursing patients.
• Monitor patients, document observations, vital signs, and medication review.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Provide clear communication with patients, families, and health care team.
