Bethany of the Northwest in Everett, WA is seeking a passionate RN to join our Home Care Hospice team, delivering compassionate care in clients' homes. The right candidate will have Hospice experience, a current Washington RN license, and excellent interpersonal skills.

The position offers a day shift, competitive hourly pay ranging from $45 to $55 DOE, and a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement options, PTO, and flexible scheduling to support

Qualifications

• Must hold Washington RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Hospice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' needs (physical, psychosocial, environmental).
• Assess patients' conditions and monitor changes.
• Document observations and evaluate vital signs and medications.
• Administer medications as prescribed and communicate with the care team.

Schedule: Day shift

Pay Range: RN $45-$55 DOE

We are looking for an RN to join our growing Home Care Hospice team. The right candidate will have previous experience in Hospice care as an RN and have a current state license. We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to identify the physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs of hospicepatients.
• Assess patients' conditions
• Send chart observations and perform evaluation tasks including vital signs and medication review.
• Administer medication as prescribed by the patient’s physician.
• Provide effective communication to patients/clients, their family members, team members, and other health care professionals.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Batchelor's School of Nursing.
• Current Washington state license as an RN
• Proof of current CPR certification
• Hospice experience
• Compassionate, friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
