Mercy seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes, following physician orders and adherence to nursing standards. The RN will monitor patient condition, manage symptoms, and coordinate with the care team to ensure comfort and quality of life.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, accurate documentation in electronic medical records, and effective communication with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.

Qualificações

• Graduate from an approved school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing in the applicable state of practice.
• Must be a licensed driver.
• CPR certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide skilled professional nursing care to terminally ill patients in the patient’s residence as prescribed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and document promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, hospice interdisciplinary team, and family to manage symptoms and ensure comfort.
