St. Croix Hospice is seeking a dedicated Music Therapist in Vadnais Heights, MN to provide individualized music therapy services that enhance the quality of life for patients. This full-time or part-time role requires a degree in Music and a valid driver’s license.

Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, implementing music interventions, and documenting patient progress. The role offers an hourly range of $21.00-$27.50, along with employee benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Valid State Driver’s License with automobile access.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide music therapy services based on individual patient needs.
• Assess patient for appropriate therapy services and effectiveness.
• Report patient responses to treatment changes to supervisors.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations.
