Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a dedicated CNA for in-home care across central Palm Beach County. Per diem, 6 am - 2:30 pm with weekend availability; bilingual English/Spanish encouraged.

Requirements include Florida CNA license, BLS, and six months in healthcare. Driving and reliable car with insurance are needed. Empath Health offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and 5+ weeks PTO.

Qualifications

Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
Current Basic Life Support Certification.
Six months’ experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance, and basic knowledge of the county territory.
Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.

Responsibilities

Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient
Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction
