Trustbridge Hospice is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care across Palm Beach County. The position runs 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with weekend availability, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

As part of Empath Health’s Trustbridge Hospice, you will deliver compassionate care under RN/LPN guidance, assisting with ADLs and creating a safe, nurturing environment for patients and families.

Competenze

• Active Florida CNA license and current BLS certification.
• Six months of hospital or healthcare experience.
• Must be able to drive, have reliable vehicle and valid insurance.

Mansioni

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in home and community settings.
• Assist with activities of daily living and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and compassionate home environment.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families.
