Job summary

VitalCaring seeks a Hospice Aide / CNA to provide compassionate, home-based end-of-life care, delivering comfort, dignity, and presence to patients and families in their own homes. You will work closely with RNs and other professionals to ensure individualized care focused on comfort and quality of life.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate empathy, strong communication, and reliable transportation to travel between patient homes in Tulsa, OK. CPR and state certification required.

Qualifications

• Completion of state-required Hospice Aide/CNA training and certification.
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Ability to follow care plans and document clearly.
• Comfort working with end-of-life patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
• Support comfort through repositioning, mobility, and skin care.
• Provide light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Offer respite support to caregivers and families.
• Observe/report changes to RN/Case Manager and document care accurately.
