Job summary

Health Marketing seeks an experienced registered nurse for high-acuity in-home night care, delivering one-on-one skilled nursing to medically fragile adults or children.

Key responsibilities include assessments, complex medication administration, ventilator and tracheostomy care, wound management, and documenting changes in the EMR. You will work with a clinical team, enjoy autonomy, participate in ongoing training, and build meaningful relationships with patients in their homes.

Qualifications

• Active Texas RN license or compact license
• Experience in high-acuity in-home care
• Ability to work night shifts
• Ventilator and tracheostomy care experience
• Strong communication with families and physicians

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and complex medication administration
• Provide ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Manage wounds and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient condition changes and document in EMR
• Coordinate care with physicians and families
