Job summary

Havenova Home Care Solutions LLC is seeking a dependable Home Health Aide/Caregiver to provide in-home support for clients with mobility limitations. This role requires hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift to safely transfer and reposition clients.

The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $20–$23 with a flexible schedule and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing multi-state agency. Applicants must have HHA/PCA certification or be willing to obtain it, pass a TB test,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using a Hoyer lift for safe transfers.
• TB test (PPD) required for Medicare compliance.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• HHA/PCA certification or willingness to obtain.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior home care or facility caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Hoyer lift for client transfers (bed to wheelchair, wheelchair to bathroom, etc.).
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and fall prevention.
• Provide companionship and light housekeeping as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to care team.
• Maintain accurate visit and care documentation.
