Advanced Home Health & Hospice of Las Vegas is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in patients' homes across the Henderson area. The role involves managing a range of medical conditions and coordinating with families and healthcare teams.

This PRN position offers weekday and weekend shifts, with Saturdays preferred, and requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced home health

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Nevada.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Experience in home health or similar settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Perform wound care and vital signs monitoring.
• Develop and implement care plans with patient and team.
• Answer on-call phone during weekends.
• Document patient progress and changes.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home care.
• Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
• Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with LPNs and physicians for coordinated care.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
• Perform all other duties assigned.
