Hueman is actively hiring Nurse Practitioners to perform in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members in and around Sherman, Texas. This role offers a flexible schedule and travel-based compensation designed to fit your lifestyle, with training and scheduling support to help you succeed.

Qualified NPs will perform non-invasive assessments, review medical history, and provide patient education while traveling to patients’ homes.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Nursing or commensurate experience with NP license.
• Active State NP license required.
• Active National board certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 12 months of experience as a paid advanced clinical provider preferred.

Aufgaben

• Travel to and from patients’ homes.
• Perform comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
• Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation.
• Conduct medical reconciliation to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Provide basic patient education on wellness and preventative care.
