Job summary

UnitedHealth Group, via Assured Home Health, seeks a Home Health Aide or CNA in Grants Pass, Oregon, to deliver in-home personal care and health-related services that support patients’ physical and emotional well-being.

Requirements include Oregon CNA certification or registration, a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, CPR preferred, and 6+ months of home care. PRN role with a benefits package and 401(k) included.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• OR: Oregon CNA certification and inclusion on the Oregon State Board of Nursing Aide Registry
• Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire
• 6+ months of home care experience
• Ability to work flexible hours and independently

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care and designated health-related services to maintain patients' physical and emotional well-being
• May assist with activities of daily living including bathing, hair, teeth, nail care, and mobility
• Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager
• Drive safely to and from assignments and adhere to traffic regulations
• Assist with household tasks directly essential to clients' personal care
