Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health at Home seeks a dedicated Home Health Aide to provide in-home, para-professional care under the supervision of an RN. You will assist with daily living activities, maintain patient comfort, and follow the established care plan in the patient’s home environment.

Requirements include good customer service, a valid USA Driver's License, and HHA certification. Per diems are eligible for travel reimbursements and a robust benefits package, with full-time and part-time
