Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one-on-one service in a comfortable setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal care.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Monitor vitals according to plan of care.
• Remind patient to take medications as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
