Job summary

Golden Years Home Care is looking for compassionate, in-home caregivers certified as HCA to support clients across California. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and daily activities in clients’ homes while upholding dignity and independence.

The role offers flexible shifts, opportunities for certification through us, and potential travel within a 25-mile radius. A valid CA Driver's license and TB testing are required, with fingerprint clearance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
