Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in California. You will provide in-home care focused on safety, health, and well-being, tailoring activities to residents' interests and promoting meaningful engagement.

Requirements include 18+, 1 year caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, vaccination status, and Live Scan fingerprint clearance. Training for HCA certification is available through us, with travel up to 25 miles as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+.
• 1 year of caregiving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Fully vaccinated or exemption.
• Current TB test or clear X-ray.
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan).
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us).
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed.

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep.
• Shopping, errands, companionship.
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs.
