Job summary

Golden Years Home Care in California is hiring compassionate caregivers to support clients in their homes. As a HCA-certified caregiver, you will help with personal care, light housework, meals, mobility, and companionship.

We welcome applicants 18+, with at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel up to 25 miles. We offer flexible schedules and a $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed
