Berger Home Services, L.L.C. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in the Houston area. This full-time role involves meeting homeowners, inspecting properties for gutter and drainage needs, and delivering accurate estimates for installations, guards, repairs, and cleaning.

You will educate customers on options, follow our sales process, and build referrals while working with a supportive team and qualified appointments.

Qualifications

• Outside sales or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to connect with homeowners.
• Confident presenting solutions and asking for the sale.
• Organized, reliable, detail oriented.
• Comfortable using a CRM, smartphone, and basic technology.
• Coachable, competitive, motivated to improve.
• Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays when needed.

Responsibilities

• Run scheduled in-home appointments with homeowners in the Houston area.
• Inspect properties and identify gutter and drainage solutions.
• Provide estimates for gutter installations, guards, repairs, and cleaning.
• Educate homeowners on options and recommend best solutions.
• Follow proven sales process and pricing structure.
• Maintain accurate job details, measurements, and paperwork.
• Follow up on open estimates and generate referrals.
