Job summary

A leading home improvement company in Alpharetta, Georgia is seeking an Outside Sales Consultant. This role offers an uncapped commission structure with earnings potential of $75k to $150k. Sales professionals will conduct in-home consultations, perform product demonstrations, and engage in a value-based selling process. Flexibility is key, with expected evening and weekend availability. Previous experience is not required, but a strong desire to learn and close sales is essential.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable traveling up to 1 hour for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of using applications on an iPad.
• Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations.
