Job summary

A leading home remodeling company is seeking motivated sales professionals to join their team. Design Consultants will attend pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners, providing detailed product presentations. The role offers a unique uncapped commission structure, where current consultants earn $80,000-$220,000. Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and weekend availability, is essential. Ideal candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift between 20-60 lbs., and be open to learning a structured sales process.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable traveling up to 2 hours for daily appointments.
• Ability to lift and carry 20-60 lbs. of sample materials.
• Capable of navigating applications on an iPad.
• Willingness to learn a structured sales process.
• Strong desire and ability to close sales.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from pre-qualified appointments with homeowners.
• Perform product demonstrations during in-home consultations.
• Follow a value-based selling process.
• Attend trainings and regular sales meetings.
