Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Reno, NV is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Geriatric House Calls team, delivering individualized treatment in patients' homes. You will work with a supervising PT to guide exercises, track progress, and help patients rebuild strength and confidence.

This in-home, one-on-one setting offers mentorship, career growth, and a collaborative care model with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system per standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources and assist coverage.
