Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is expanding in Mount Kisco, NY, seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver hands-on care in patients’ homes and senior living communities under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

You will guide patients through personalized exercise programs, document progress in FOX’s EMR, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to grow your clinical skills in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately and timely within FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care with patients, POAs, and community referral sources.
