Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to deliver one-on-one geriatric care in private residences or Senior Living Communities in Camp Hill, PA. You’ll evaluate, treat, and document plans of care, while building enduring patient relationships with a flexible schedule.

This clinician-operated practice offers telehealth options, interdisciplinary collaboration, and growth pathways, including sponsorship opportunities for qualified clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license in PA or eligible to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferable).
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in home or community settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to improve mobility, independence and function.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR in compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
