Fox Rehabilitation in Walcott, IA is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver one-on-one care to older adults in private homes and senior living communities, with the flexibility to set your own schedule and incorporate telehealth when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or be eligible to obtain.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Ability to work in private residences and senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in their homes.
• Deliver therapy sessions that improve mobility and independence.
• Document accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Incorporate telehealth when appropriate to extend access.
