Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for Marshalltown, IA, delivering one-on-one therapy in homes or senior living communities. You will create and manage your own treatment schedule while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve mobility and independence for older adults.

Telehealth options are available to extend access and continuity of care, with a focus on meaningful patient outcomes and flexible, patient-centered care models.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy to older adults in private residences or senior living communities.
• Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
• Document effectively within FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
