FOX Rehabilitation is expanding its Physical Therapy team in Marshalltown, IA. In-home and senior living care focus, delivering one-on-one PT to older adults, with autonomy to schedule treatments and build lasting patient relationships.

The role may include telehealth components for continuity of care, with a collaborative, interdisciplinary work environment and growth opportunities within a clinician-led practice.

Qualificações

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice (Iowa) as required.
• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Proficiency with EMR and telehealth tools.
• Strong communication and patient relationship skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one PT to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Deliver therapy sessions prioritizing mobility, independence and function.
• Document patient progress accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PT, OT, SLP, Fitness Specialists).
• Offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access.
