Pathway Geriatrics in Redmond/Seattle area is seeking an experienced Geriatric Nurse Practitioner to provide palliative primary care to homebound older adults. You will serve as PCP for a panel in AFHs, assisted living facilities, and private residences, visiting 1–5 homes weekly and coordinating meds between visits.
The role is 100% field-based, with weekly team meetings in Redmond, typical hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, and compensation typically ranges from $130,000 to $160,000
