Responsibilities

• Handle customer work orders and call scheduled customers.
• Perform high-quality repairs to furniture, including leather, fabric, reclining mechanisms, and wood touch-ups.
• Repair and reinforce furniture frames and assemble case goods.
• Complete bedding inspections and order parts as needed.
• Document work performed, parts used, and labor on the billing notes.
