Big Sandy Superstore is seeking a Furniture Service Technician to provide high-quality repairs for customers and manage on-site service work. You will handle customer work orders, contact scheduled customers between 8 am and 10 am, and perform on-site repairs and touch-ups, including leather, fabric, reclining mechanisms, wood touch-up, and frame reinforcement.

• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsabilités

• Provide high quality repairs for customers.
• Call scheduled customers between 8 am and 10 am.
• Run all calls that are scheduled for the day.
• Repair and touch up leather; sew fabric; replace reclining mechanisms; wood burn in and touch up; repair and reinforce furniture frames; assemble case goods.
• Order parts and record comments in work orders.
• Finalize billing notes from the customer's home.
