Floor Coverings International Spokane is seeking an experienced in-home flooring sales professional. You will meet clients in their homes, assess needs, recommend flooring solutions, measure spaces, and prepare proposals to guide customers through the purchase process.

This performance-driven role offers earnings potential of $120,000–$160,000 annually with company vehicle and full benefits. Strong product knowledge and a consultative sales approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to measure, estimate and prepare proposals.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service.
• Highly organized with consistent follow-up.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects.
• Willing to follow a structured sales process.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled in-home flooring consultations.
• Identify customer needs, style preferences, budget, and project goals.
• Recommend flooring products and installation solutions.
• Measure project areas and prepare accurate proposals.
• Present options, discuss pricing, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Follow our sales system using company tools.
• Maintain follow-up with open proposals.
• Serve as the customer’s primary contact during sales.
• Communicate project details to office and production teams.
• Build referral relationships and generate repeat business.
• Participate in networking, home shows, and community events.
