All American Flooring is seeking a personable Flooring Design Specialist (Sales Consultant) to represent our brand, engage customers, and take ownership of each project from first consultation through installation and final payment. You will work closely with operations and management to deliver projects on time, on budget, and to our high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring or home improvement sales preferred.
• Strong ability to build rapport and close sales.
• Comfort with taking measurements and preparing estimates.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.
• Reliable transportation and on-site showroom work in the DFW area.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design consultations and provide personalized design guidance across flooring types.
• Prepare professional, accurate estimates and close sales while protecting margins.
• Lead generation: proactively generate leads, follow up on quotes, and identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records and project documentation from sale through installation.
