50Floor is a leading in-home flooring and installation company. As a Sales Representative (Design Consultant), you will guide customers in selecting flooring solutions that bring their visions to life, using advanced sales techniques and pre-qualified leads.

You'll travel to customers' homes, provide expert advice, arrange financing options, collect payments, and collaborate with leadership to meet sales targets. Annual earnings target ranges from $150,000 to $250,000.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience.
Reliable automobile and automotive insurance.
Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home showroom experiences, traveling up to 85 miles from home.
Provide expert advice on flooring selections tailored to customer needs.
Facilitate third-party financing options for qualified customers.
Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a seamless sales process.
Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
Achieve sales targets within your assigned territory.
Participate in monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
