50Floor in-home flooring sales representative role guides customers to perfect flooring solutions. You will conduct in-home showroom experiences, travel up to 85 miles from your home, and work with pre-qualified leads generated by robust marketing.

This 100% commission-based role offers earning potential between $150,000 and $250,000 annually. Strong communication, reliability, and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential, with shifts 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Reliable automobile and auto insurance.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to work 8 am–8 pm on weekdays and some Saturdays.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with drive to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home showroom experiences within up to 85 miles of home.
• Provide expert flooring recommendations tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate financing options for qualified customers.
• Collect initial payments on executed sales contracts.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with Market and Branch Leadership to optimize selling processes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
• Attend monthly sales meetings to stay informed on products and services.
