Job summary

AT&T in Beverly Hills is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, in-home experiences. You’ll meet with customers, show demos, assess Wi-Fi, and ensure service delivery while earning uncapped commissions up to six figures.

New reps start with paid training and ongoing coaching; you’ll visit warm prospects provided by AT&T and close deals with strong negotiation and communication skills. A valid driver’s license and flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Kick things off with paid training and ongoing learning opportunities.
• Connect with existing customers daily using scheduled appointments.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to close deals and provide hands-on demos.
