Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in the field
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery
• Resolve issues and keep customers connected to AT&T services
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to meet sales goals
• Work independently in the field with paid training and ongoing coaching
