Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in the Sharpsville area. You will engage homeowners through direct conversations and in-home consultations to showcase high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services.

Manage your own territory, build relationships, and impact customer acquisition in communities we serve. The role supports the Ashland region, with coverage in Girard, Hermitage, Masury, Niles, Sharon, Sharpsville, Warren, and nearby areas.

Formación

• Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance as required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Positive and outgoing demeanor with resilience to rejection.
• Familiarity with mobile devices (iPad, cell phone).
• Personal vehicle use reimbursed within IRS rates.
