Job summary

Devereux Arizona’s Community Based Services seeks compassionate Family (Crisis) Support Coordinators to provide in-home, youth-focused support in the Tucson area. You will work with 2-17 year-olds, delivering life skills coaching, crisis planning, and behavior management while coordinating with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Extensive behavioral health experience or related combination.
• Ability to commute throughout Pima County with own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one in-home support to youth aged 2-17.
• Teach life skills and emotional regulation, behavior management, and coping with trauma.
